1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the software, products, and services provided by Solort (including but not limited to SoloSend), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of SoloSend

SoloSend is a third-party management wrapper designed to interact with GOV.UK Notify via their public APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Government Digital Service (GDS) or the UK Government.

  • You must maintain your own active and compliant GOV.UK Notify account and API keys.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the content of your messages complies with GOV.UK Notify's terms of use and applicable laws.
  • Solort is not responsible for API rate limits, downtime, or message delivery failures originating from the GOV.UK Notify infrastructure.

3. Service Availability & Security

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services may be occasionally suspended for maintenance. Access via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure SSO) relies on Microsoft's availability. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SSO credentials and RBAC configurations within SoloSend.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Solort be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our software.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you fill out a form on our website or use our software, we may collect:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data via standard analytics tools.
  • Service Data (SoloSend): Encrypted API keys, user roles (RBAC), template configurations, and aggregate delivery metrics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process your transactions; and to communicate with you regarding your account, updates, or support inquiries.

3. Data Processing & GOV.UK Notify

For SoloSend users utilizing the bulk upload and contact segmentation features:

  • Solort acts as a Data Processor. You act as the Data Controller.
  • Contact lists uploaded for dispatch are processed securely and transmitted to GOV.UK Notify APIs.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your contact data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our privacy team via the main Solort website.
